Throughout the three-year programme, you will complete a number of different placements to really understand the different ways in which Finance supports our business, as well as be supported to study for and gain a formal internationally recognised accountancy qualification. You could complete placements in the following teams;

This team is responsible for the preparation of the monthly management accounts, which are then issued to the business for divisional and central directors to assist key business decisions. This includes analysis of income, expenditure and capital transactions.

This team leads on the business planning and outturn processes and also completes ad hoc and standard repeatable analysis to add insight across finance to assist in business decision making.
During the programme you will also get the opportunity to experience our operation first hand by completing a number of ‘back to the floor’ experiences where you will be able to build on your understanding of how the business works and how Finance fits into the picture.
