"As a graduate, the starting salary is great and certainly higher than schemes offered elsewhere. The earning potential when coming off the scheme, however, is to the best of my knowledge slow in terms of percentage increase per year. It could be argued that, when coming off the scheme, the pay is somewhat less than industry average. However, other benefits such as the pension scheme, annual bonus and flexi-time make up for this."
