"I have a mentor who I meet with regularly to get feedback and work out career progression. I also meet regularly with my managers and, at the end of each rotation, meet with HR to get feedback. Performance feedback (and this seems to be fairly universal in the graduate scheme) does seem to focus more on positives than actual advice for growth."
