What do we offer our graduates?
For over 10 years we have had an excellent first time pass rate for our graduates with over 95% passing their APC. Typically graduates undertake four six-monthly rotations over the two year training programme so they gain experience within a mixture of professional, agency and managerial departments in our multi-disciplinary practice.
Graduates are expected to actively contribute to the success of the team and are given an increasing level of responsibility early on. Our graduates are expected to get involved at all stages of our projects and work alongside colleagues and Partners with a very hands-on style of working.
Full support with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) lectures is provided and graduates are allocated their own APC counsellor and supervisor who will guide you through the two years of training and also give you mock interviews. Many of our counsellors and supervisors are current RICS APC assessors and can provide you with sound advice in preparation for the final assessment.
