Our insights, applications, and infrastructure give a competitive edge to clients’ businesses—and to our own.

Depending on their technical skills, graduates attend either the Application Development or the Infrastructure Engineering track of the training programme. This 15-week global programme includes an orientation to the Firm, intensive technology training and an introduction to proprietary technologies, and culminates with a four-week group project. Graduates will meet senior leaders who will guide, coach, and advise you while making lifelong friends and business connections. We make sure our newest technologists are well poised for a successful career. Analysts will work with a broad set of languages, tools and platforms that help harness the power of their creativity.
