Supply Chain Graduate Scheme

Nestlé Academy has built its reputation as a continual innovator over a history of more than a century and a half. So for an ambitious Supply Chain Graduate, it really is the best of both worlds. A safe, secure business with which to build a successful career but, also, the kind of employer that encourages you to try new ways of doing things.

That’s why we’re now looking for people who love exploring ideas. Does that sound like you? For example, have you been weighing up which of the world’s biggest brands could get your career off to the best start, now that you’ve graduated or will be graduating soon? That bold, impressive ability to look critically at your choices is just what we want to see from the next generation of Nestlé innovators.

What can you expect?

Our two-year Supply Chain Graduate Schemelocated across various nationwide sites, will see you undertaking two, six-month placements and a year-long placement. One will be in Procurement, another in Customer Service and another in Logistics. There, you’ll learn the fundamentals of Supply Chain, working across different categories and business areas.

Join us and you’ll:

  • Work in liaison with and manage major customers
  • Negotiate a range of contracts
  • Forecast sales for a range of categories
  • Plan factory production schedules
  • Work with the transport team to deliver on-time to the consumer
  • Work on product launches as they connect with the Supply Chain

Who are we looking for?

Cost and sustainability is a key focus for our Supply Chain, so you’ll have a keen interest in how Nestlé can reduce costs with minimal environmental impact. You should also have a logical approach, great problem solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.

There’s never been a better opportunity to develop your supply chain career. To apply we are looking for you to hold a degree, but it can be in any discipline. We are more interested in your behaviours and how you will fit in with our business.
