If you want to learn how to showcase products and deliver truly outstanding results, where better to hone your skills than with industry leaders like Kit Kat®, Nescafé©®, Maggi® and Felix®? On our two year Customer Development Graduate programme we will teach you how a business works. During the two years you will go on a journey that sees you collaborate and build relationships with business managers and executives, manage customers and interact with marketing – all while experiencing the thrill of working on the world’s biggest and best-known brands.
What can you expect?
In your first year, you’ll concentrate on gaining a thorough understanding of the function, living six months in field sales as a Territory Manager with responsibility for your own portfolio of stores. You’ll make an immediate impact on the business by going out, meeting customers and showing them the best ways to sell and display our products in store. You’ll also experience six months in office as a Customer Business Executive, working with Business Managers to plan business cycles and design growth-focused promotions.
Your second year is your opportunity to explore. You could join our retail business as a Customer Business Manager, or focus on long-term strategy as part of our Development team – the possibilities are limitless.
Throughout the programme you’ll have the support of a mentor, a dedicated graduate champion and strong links to our leadership team.
