2018

"Our head office is very committed to environmentalism, having recently passed our ISO 14001 audit. We are conscious of the fact that all of our consultants are on the road quite a bit as part of their roles, so our fleet manager is constantly working to ensure that our company fleet all return excellent mileage rates. However, there is certainly more that we can do to reduce our carbon footprint."
Graduate, Kingston Bagpuize
"Although we have an environment ISO, I believe we currently fall down in one aspect of green initiatives: our diesel-emitting cars. I hope that as new government regulation comes into place, this will lead to a phase-out of these vehicles in favour of petrol or electric vehicles."
Graduate, Glasgow, but varies from project to project
"I'm not hugely aware of the actions being taken to reduce our carbon footprint but the company does publish reports on this and we all have access to them."
Graduate, Nationwide - project work means we work on client sites across the UK.

2017

"There are recycling stations in the office as well as regular sustainability audits."
Graduate, UK Wide
"There are some initiatives to reduce the carbon footprint of the company. However, as a sparse group of people who travel and live in hotels/Airbnb's for work, we aren't starting from a great point and there's little coordination between initiatives. The central office is an exception to this and has run a thorough and successful programme to reach higher environmental standards."
Entry level, Currently London, though it varies.
"I know that our company cars all get a good number of miles to the gallon in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint."

"Staying green may present certain challenges as the company grows in size, but it is on the agenda and we are focused on efficiency which is more often environmentally friendly."
Senior Consultant, Various UK locations
"The company has a great logistics team who work tirelessly to ensure we minimise the negative effects that come with travelling a lot."
Consultant, Leeds
"There is an effort within the company with new policies such as the carbon emissions of company cars and also employees using public transport more often."
Consultant, Various UK locations
"The nature of the business does encourage public transport, and the company car fleet is very efficient. However, travel in its nature is not overly green!"
Senior Consultant, London
"Encouraging environmentalism is innate in the job! The changes we make in companies decrease their carbon footprints far in excess of our own footprint. As an example, I saved the equivalent of 100 UK citizens-worth of carbon per year in a factory in one six-month project."
Consultant, Plymouth
