Holly came into the business 2015 joining the npower graduate scheme, she had previously studied Geography University of Plymouth.

She undertook a variation of placements during her time on the graduate scheme, and has now taken up a role as a Campaign Manager in the Domestic Marketing Team.

"My current role involves communicating with our customers and working with various different business areas to make sure we are fore-filling the customer’s needs". The role can be really varied and no 2 days are the same”, she goes on to say; "A typical day can be any number of things, from traveling to London to meet with media agencies to being on location at the superhero series events". Although not everything is as exciting as this, attention to detail is a really big part of the role, "On top if this, I could also be checking through the communications I have sent out to customers and making sure the data is correct".

Holly developed her skills on the graduate scheme, which allowed her to get her current role, Holly goes on to say "the biggest skill I have developed so far is stakeholder engagement, you never know when you will need someone’s help, so it is important to keep those contacts alive, when it came to exiting the scheme onto a role, I had business areas approaching me with roles thanks to my contacts".
