Graduate Business Programme
What does the programme involve?
Graduates will be given the opportunity to spend time in Sales, Customer Operations, Credit Control and Business Change departments, gaining an understanding into each area that contributes towards our customers' journey and the ongoing growth of the company.
How long does the programme last?
The programme lasts three years with the last year being spent as a Team Leader in one of the above areas to provide vital experience before you move into your full-time position.
What happens at the end of the programme?
The programme will give you experience of team management and project management. Graduates will come together to work on a group project, taking resposibility for delivering a business-critical solution. This will provide you with the transferable skills to launch a successful management career with Opus Energy.
What are the entry requirements?
A 2:1 degree in a business-related degree
What are the benefits?
A salary of £25,000, plus a joining payment of £1,000. Our employees also receive a bonus, plus benefits such as private health insurance and a pension.
