Government Analyst

Your Role in Government 

You will work in small and highly innovative multi-disciplinary teams and be expected to take on significant responsibility, working with colleagues and clients at all levels. Progression is based on merit, not time served, and high performers will progress rapidly. 

Although you will join a sector-specific team, where the majority of your work may be focused, we expect that our consultants will have the skills and knowledge to be able to work across other sectors and therefore may work on other assignments to gain experience across the whole spectrum of consultancy service lines.

Key government sub-sectors include economic development, local government, education, police and criminal justice and sourcing. This role starts in September 2017, although there may also be some opportunities to start in March 2017

Job Requirements 

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is able to demonstrate that they have excelled and supported others to excel in their chosen field
  • Is able to demonstrate how they sought out an opportunity to solve a problem
  • Works well as part of a team
  • Has the initiative to drive their own career

Candidates must:

  • Have a 2:1 degree or equivalent
  • Have exceptional interpersonal skills 
  • Be willing to travel on business.
