Your role in People and Talent 

Joining us as a People and Talent Analyst, you’ll join our experts as they bring bold ideas to our clients, helping them build high-performing workforces and workplace cultures. You’ll work in a diverse team where you’ll gain a breadth of experience delivering complex and unusual projects for our clients in both the private and public sectors.

This role starts in September 2017, although there may also be some opportunities to start in March 2017.

Job Requirements

What you'll bring to People and Talent :

  • 2:1 Degree in any discipline 
  • Clear interest in understanding how organisations and people behave
  • Curiosity and the courage to try new things
  • Ability to solve problems using both creative and analytic approaches
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills 
  • Good written and spoken communication
  • Collaborative approach and team working skills  
  • Willingness to travel on business
