"PA is improving on diversity and inclusion. There are new BAME and LGBT groups and new analyst recruitment is 50:50 on gender. PA is working on getting more women and BAME leaders currently as it recognises the need for improvement and is definitely committing to it. For example there was lots of activity and a push to get better data from PA employees during diversity and inclusion week."

"PA is definitely committed to diversity as I have seen, and taken part in, so many initiatives since joining. Diversity issues are openly talked about, which I think is brilliant. However, it seems to me that there are very few women in the senior ranks, which I think is a shame. I really feel like PA is aware and actively trying to combat this occurrence though."

"This is one area that the company really needs to improve on in terms of women and ethnic minorities. There was only one woman in the room during my interview and other people have told me the same. I sometimes go to meetings where there is only one woman in the room and I'm the only ethnic minority as well. That said, it's great to see that the firm has recognised this problem and wants to do something about it."
