"PA is improving on diversity and inclusion. There are new BAME and LGBT groups and new analyst recruitment is 50:50 on gender. PA is working on getting more women and BAME leaders currently as it recognises the need for improvement and is definitely committing to it. For example there was lots of activity and a push to get better data from PA employees during diversity and inclusion week."

"PA has recognised that it needs to improve the diversity within the firm. I'm pleased to see that there are many internal initiatives to improve this, but this will take time to begin to affect the demographics within the firm."

"PA is definitely committed to diversity as I have seen, and taken part in, so many initiatives since joining. Diversity issues are openly talked about, which I think is brilliant. However, it seems to me that there are very few women in the senior ranks, which I think is a shame. I really feel like PA is aware and actively trying to combat this occurrence though."

"This is one area that the company really needs to improve on in terms of women and ethnic minorities. There was only one woman in the room during my interview and other people have told me the same. I sometimes go to meetings where there is only one woman in the room and I'm the only ethnic minority as well. That said, it's great to see that the firm has recognised this problem and wants to do something about it."

"There are inclusion and diversity pushes and the CEO seems committed to improving diversity. There are a lot of white males in leadership currently so, as a woman, it can feel difficult to imagine yourself in their place."

"It tries very hard to support diversity with Women in Defence and Teach First etc. However, from its workforce and management, I think that a greater effort could be made in terms of recruitment and diversity."
Graduate, London
"There are lots of initiatives at the moment (women in the work place, LGBT+ events etc). However, the demographic of the office isn't very diverse. I get the impression that this is common to the consulting industry though, as my friends at other consultancies have said the same."
Graduate, London
"The offices are fairly diverse, but it would be nice to see more official schemes to recruit and support minority communities."
Graduate, London
"PA is a diverse enough organisation. However, there is still scope for it to be a lot more diverse with more ethnic minorities in the organisation etc."
Graduate, London
"There is a good female/male balance, at least within energy. I am pleased that we have a female partner, who is extremely well regarded and respected."
Graduate, London

"I have little knowledge in terms of diversity at the company, and there is a noticeable lack of women in top roles. As far as I'm aware though, PA Consulting is a diverse organisation."
