Fast forward 20 years and the company now boasts a workforce of 165 employees spread across UK offices in Wilmslow, London, Bristol, Brighton, Leeds, Scotland and Nottingham. In January 2015 Pareto also tapped into the US market, opening a brand new office in New York.
Last year Pareto generated 360,000 graduate applications, held 300 assessment days and placed & trained over 2000 graduates into sales roles. Unlike any other recruitment organisation, Pareto has a unique offering of ISMM accredited sales training courses. Pareto’s experienced team of training consultants have delivered courses to 14,000 delegates, receiving a satisfaction rate of 94%.
