"Some of the more experienced employees run training sessions and are always there to help with any difficulties. We also go to Boston relatively regularly for training purposes."

"The majority of training happens on the job. However, the three weeks training in Boston at the beginning gives you an excellent grounding in the basics."

"We had a three week training program in the US at head office upon starting, which gave us the basic associate toolkit such as technical skills and tools, research methods etc. Since then, we have had both one-off training sessions which either extend or add to the initial training, and plenty of informal mentoring. There is a second training session in the US coming up next month. I have learned technical skills (excel, survey coding, map analytics) and also improved and sharpened research skills like analysis, synthesis and communication (how to story line a message, succinct communication etc)."

"Hard skills training is excellent, and every year all offices go to Boston for a week - which makes for great fun as well. There is room for improvement with regards to formal soft skills training."

"There is annual company-wide training in the US, where you meet the rest of your class as well as going through modules."

"Parthenon has the best and most comprehensive associate training programme amongst its peers."

"Frequent trips to Boston for year group training (three times annually) - informative and enjoyable. Also on the job training in London."
