Area Manager - Graduate (France)
We’re looking for a number of Area Managers to join various teams in our client’s fulfilment centres across the UK, Germany and France. If you’re open to a change of scenery this could be the opportunity you’re looking for.

As an Area Manager, you’ll help maximise the efficiency of our client’s warehouse operation.
You’ll do this by using data to actively manage a team of 6-10 Supervisors who in turn manage 10-20 people that pick goods for their customers. It’s a big role, you’ll be responsible in peak periods (December) for up to 200 people and their activities and targets.
We’ll provide all the training you need to be successful in the role. They also offer plenty personal development, however it’s your development and your responsibility.

A typical day can include:
- Holding communication briefs with your team
- Identifying and solving operational problems
- Identifying training needs of your team
- Monitoring and driving forward your team’s performance through ongoing coaching
- Monitoring your team’s progress to their targets
Being an Area Manager won’t be easy. But your positive outlook and strong ability to motivate your team will help keep everyone on target.
As a minimum for this role you’ll need:
- A degree
- The ability to work unsociable hours
Fluent in French
It would be nice, but not essential if:
Your degree was in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics related subject
