"My personal experience of the firm has been very positive in regards to pro bono work. I worked for a pro bono client in my first seat and regularly attended meetings and drafted documents for them as part of the pro bono initiative. I have not been involved with any pro bono legal work in my second seat, but I have been involved with the firm's CSR programme, which is very much encouraged and sees fee earners take a morning out every couple of weeks/months to help with local projects."First year trainee, Edinburgh
"The firm is very committed. For instance, I've mentored children in inner-city Birmingham schools and helped to arrange a Christmas party for pensioners in the Birmingham area."Second year trainee, Birmingham
"I have taken part in a mentoring scheme based in Archway, acting as a mentor to year 11 girls."First year trainee, London
"I have been involved in several projects with local schools. These have included helping children with their reading, work experience initiatives for children from less academic backgrounds and 'World of Work' days etc."First year trainee, Leeds
"I work on our E-Spark programme where we provide advice to entrepreneurs. Not only is it good for them, it has also given me more exposure. I think it is a brilliant programme."First year trainee, London
"I haven't had the opportunity to do any pro bono work but there are other volunteering opportunities available within the community."First year trainee, Leeds
