We're a different kind of recruitment business and really proud of that. A family-feel business that is values driven, meaning the things we believe in inform the things we do. We're dedicated to our clients and believe in partnerships over traditional, transactional services. This isn't about supplying candidates; it's about strategy, retention, engagement and life-long partnerships.

We far surpass the traditional remit of recruitment. In our desire to be a different kind of company, we've built an organisation that acts as a partner to blue chips, SMEs and start-ups. We complete multi-hire projects, conduct talent pipelining and advice on employer branding and engagement. Of course we're filling roles from junior positions to board level across sectors and continents, but our market insights, interview coaching and job design means we're consulting with our clients on every aspect of their human capital.

Since we first launched in 2012, we've grown organically to 25 people, are still fully employee owned and have won four prestigious industry awards, including one for our amazing office culture. Our innovative nature means that we're constantly looking for new services to provide for our phenomenal clients (including the likes of Coca-Cola, Cult Beauty, Fever Tree, HelloFresh, Carlsberg and Danone) and have big expansion plans for the next five years.

Where do you fit in?

We like to think of our team as a group of super consultants. Not just because of their love of capes, but because their ability to find the right person for the right role, and the passion they have for doing just that, is what makes Pod so special. We?re looking for people who are interested in learning the art of influencing and connecting people. People who want to excel and bounce back from set-backs quickly. People who are bright, natural problem solvers and have an ability to read others. People who want to work somewhere that genuinely lives the company values.

What should a grad expect?

Joining as a grad at Pod, you should expect to be part of a new grad community as well as being welcomed into the broader family. You will be taught the art of influencing, with two months of relatively structured training. It's not too structured because we aren't creating robots and we want you to take ownership of your own development. You'll get boat loads of mentoring and coaching both on desk and beyond. You'll be stretched and supported in equal measures. Some days you won't know what on earth you're doing, other days you'll go home wondering how on earth you survived before Pod. And assuming you're doing well, you?ll get great financial rewards and clear career progression.

Recruitment is bonkers, if you're a natural it doesn't feel like work. After all, you get paid to get to know people. Not every opportunity in the industry is the same Pod Talent can give you the chance to work for a truly different recruitment business.
