Events & Sales Graduate Intership
Our Events and Sales role is for an initial fixed term of 6 weeks. We offer a basic salary of £21,500 per annum, pro-rata alongside a generous Commission Scheme, which, in 2018, enabled our best staff to earn in excess of £4,000 over a 6-week period. Pyramid International runs over 400 events across the UK and you will be an integral part of these events from start to finish, gaining a variety of skills along the way.

The Events & Sales Graduate Programme starts with a classroom-based Induction to introduce you to our business and the Events schedule. You will be provided with comprehensive information on what we offer, what we expect from you and what it takes to make our events tick. You will be allocated a mentor and will spend time with them in the classroom environment. They’ll tell you about their own experiences in the role and give you an understanding of what you can expect.
We will then plan and schedule a one-week paid placement within our operation to enable you to gain a full understanding of the role and how every step comes together for the final event. This will feature time spent learning and working on every aspect of the event, from booking, scheduling, production and delivery.
Prior to commencement, there will be one further training day within a classroom environment with our Sales Team Leader who will go through an advanced sales course with you which will provide you with an in-house accreditation. Following this, you will attend an on the road training day which will be conducted on location with our experienced staff trainers to show you the on the day delivery of an event from start to finish.
You will now be fully trained and have all the tools required to be successful in the role. You will be given your 6-week programme of events ready for delivery across the UK, cultivated specifically to you and your experience.
