What you can expect
- Take your first step into a graduate role in Internal Audit, and we’ll invest in you and help you to shape a rewarding career. You’ll enjoy working in a challenging area, and we’ll support you every step of the way as you stretch your analytical talents and build a keen understanding of risk management and controls.
- You’ll work side by side with experienced auditors on completing audit engagements, and get to know senior people in the business areas you’re auditing.
- You’ll contribute to every stage of the audit life cycle on a day to day basis. This will involve shaping audit objectives, understanding processes, finding risks, testing controls and contributing to final reports on your findings. The focus and scope of your work will change with each new task, helping to broaden your experience as you work with our diverse team.
Who we’re looking for
You’ll need analytical skills, along with the ability to prioritise effectively, quickly establishing what’s important. You’ll be adept at communicating - verbally and in writing - in a clear and concise way, and be comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders. You’ll also need to balance your day to day audit work, with studying to achieve your professional qualification.
Whatever your degree discipline, we ask all our graduates to have at least a 2:1.
