What attracted you to the graduate offering at Redrow?

The opportunity to begin a career at a successful business attracted me to Redrow, which seemed an interesting opportunity to develop my skills and form a varied career.

My role as a business systems analyst has evolved during my time with the company, recognising my own successes, gaining new responsibility and project involvement.

Initially I worked alongside a project team with implementing a new HR/Payroll system including the rolling out HR Self Service portal and HR Manager Self Service, allowing employees to request holidays, record sicknesses, claims expenses etc online.

Now I am enjoying project managing the implementation of a new Learning Management System, allowing employees to complete online elearning, book onto internal Redrow courses etc I am also continually involved in developing new processes.

I am now responsible for day to day system administration for the companies HR payroll system, which includes generating vital reports for other departments to allow them to keep up to date on live staffing – important in a company pushing towards 2,500 staff!

I am looking forward to the successful completion of my current Learning Management System project and continuing with a (hopefully…) successful career with Redrow!
