Graduate Trainee Programme

Our rotational graduate programme offers first-class training and promises opportunities to develop transferable skills in a wide range of exciting roles across the business. As we continue to grow, we want you to grow with us and help us to excel at what we do best.
This Graduate programme allows you to gain experience in each of the departments of a Redrow Homes division - commercial, technical, land, sales, construction and customer service. You will work with a number of highly skilled professionals and get a first-hand insight into the workings of one of the UK's biggest housebuilders.
During this 2 year programme, you will:
- Be mentored by the division's Managing Director
- Rotate across the six functions of your division (Year 1)
- Work across two specialist departments (Year 2)
- Add value to departments with new ideas and creativity
- Be involved with charity initiatives and community focused projects
- Be available to help and support the smooth running of each of the six functions
Here at Redrow we focus on getting the right people, therefore we accept applicants with a 2:1 in any discipline, with construction related degrees desireable.
- Demonstrable experience of strong communication skills and working well in teams
- A positive, can-do attitude is essential
- A willingness to learn and develop
- A full UK driving license

We look for applicants across England and Wales, but from time to time we may not be able to find a placement in your local area, therefore the more flexible you are and open to temporary relocation, the better.

Our applications close in December, as we expect a large number of applications please don't expect to hear back until January. Our assessment days will be in February/ March with interviews and verbal offers made shortly after. You will start between July and September, depending on your chosen programme.
