REPL’s focus is centred around first-class delivery of consultancy, technology and implementation services to the retail sector.  Our incredible growth in 2015-2016 is the clearest gage we consistently do what we do best- listen to our clients and deliver the technical solutions they need; solutions which ultimately increase efficiency and productivity and in turn offer an enhanced experience to our client’s customer base. The programme

Graduates get involved in the full project lifecycle, IT /retail centric projects focused around multichannel, payments, workforce management and supply chain.  Working alongside experienced Consultants, Graduates work client-side delivering amazing solutions and software functionality, improving client efficiency, making the complex simple for everyone. For 18 months we’ll review your progress, with regular salary increments to reflect your development and depth of experience. On successful completion you’ll become a Senior Consultant with all the additional responsibility and further opportunity to learn/grow that comes hand in hand with promotion.


We’ll encourage your creativity, nurture your commercial drive and hone your leadership potential.  You’ll be expected to make an impact and influence colleagues and clients alike, and while teamwork is essential you’ll be accountable for delivery so you’ll get that all important chance to shine!

What we’re looking for

Degree – as a tech consultancy our preference is for a Computer Science, Maths or Science related qualification. However, we have recruited from various disciplines – we are looking for individuals passionate about technology who want to progress their career in this direction.   If this sounds like you we definitely want to hear from you.

Interests outside of University - we’re interested in what makes you tick, what makes you remarkable and why you stand out from the crowd.

Work experience - from paper-round to year out you’ll have gained some exposure to a commercial environment.

Flexibility ability to travel and driving licence - travel comes hand in hand with the role; you’ll view this this as an invaluable opportunity to develop your experience, increase your commerciality and exposure to different working environments.  Development opportunities could also exist internationally for those who are keen on the idea of working on overseas projects.
