Which is where you come in.

We're looking for people who want to start a career in recruitment and selection. This is aimed at graduates who already have some work experience, either during a placement year or during university. Or perhaps, someone later in their career who wants to change direction. You will have to be commercially minded - you will see this role as contributing to the profits of a commercial organisation.

This is not a career counselling role, dishing out career advice to all comers. Your role will be to seek out the best that there is on behalf of our clients and then, more importantly, you will work hard with those people to ensure they want to work for our clients.

The role

This is a year-long programme in which you will learn all aspects of recruitment and the most effective methods of selection. You will be trained to provide a service that is vital to the success of some of Britain's most respected companies, whether it be supplied in-house or externally. You would then progress to being a recruitment consultant in the UK's most respected retail recruitment firm.
