Roland Berger

Founded in 1967, Roland Berger is one of the world’s leading strategy consultancies. There are 50 offices in 36 countries worldwide – with an upward trend: A local presence in all important markets is the key to our culture.

‘Creative strategies that work’ is the phrase that best sums up what we are about. We think and act from a strategic perspective. We constantly seek creative solutions – solutions that really work, that succeed in practice. In other words, we collaborate closely with our clients to see their vision become reality. Everything we do is focused on this one goal.

Outstanding management consultants are more than just brilliant analysts and strategists. Above all, they are strong and creative personalities from a variety of backgrounds. Everyone at Roland Berger is committed to three core values: excellence, entrepreneurship and partnership. These values shape everything we think and do. As a result, we create lasting, measurable value.

Profound knowledge, convincing arguments and creativity that breaks the mould make for good consulting. We will do everything we can to help develop your career. Yet you are the driver of your own personal trajectory. Your thirst for knowledge and understanding is unquenchable. You track, analyse and assess key political, economic and social topics. You seize every opportunity to find out about all relevant tools. And you share what you know with colleagues, experts and clients. Only an active consultant is a good consultant.

The London office’s main practice areas are Aerospace & Defence, Engineered Products, Private Equity, Transportation and Healthcare. Additionally, the London office offers functional expertise in Financial Investor Support, Operations, Strategy and War-Gaming.

Our office has a challenging, friendly and supportive working environment with a strong international element in our work. Consultants benefit from a comprehensive training scheme; the two-week induction course for new entrants includes training in consulting skills, an introduction to our corporate culture and a great opportunity to network.

The people who fit most easily into our culture are bright, proactive, hard-working, unpretentious, confident, personable and have a sense of humour. Candidates should be on target for a 1st or 2.1 result in their undergraduate degree. Strong emphasis is placed on analytical skills. We also look for remarkable extra-curricular achievements, gained through sporting, musical or personal interests and evidence that the candidate is a well-rounded team player.

Roland Berger gives you the opportunity to demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit right from the beginning. Are you ready to experience the world of consulting in an inspiring atmosphere? We look forward to receiving your application!
