Innovate & Re-define impossible
Whether we’re building the world’s most efficient large aero-engine or championing electrification Rolls-Royce is all about innovation. And as we continue to transform the potential of technology, so could you. A career with Rolls-Royce means creating cleaner, faster, more competitive power. Looking to the future, and shaping the world we live in.
We’ve been pioneering the power that matters for the last 100 years, developing ground-breaking, cutting-edge technologies in our Civil Aerospace, Defence and Power Systems businesses. Our ambition is to be the world’s leading industrial technology company and support the move to a low carbon economy. That’s why technology, electrification and digitalisation are at the heart of our strategy.
Our power comes from our people. We employ around 50,000 people across more than 50 countries. And we encourage every single one of them to be themselves. Why? Because we believe that diverse ways of thinking make for better, bolder ideas - pioneers do things differently. We know that the next big innovation could come from the smallest fragment of inspiration. That inspiration could come from you.
We have opportunities for graduates and interns in diverse engineering specialisms, operations, and a wide range of business functions, from HR and Project Management through to Commercial and Procurement.
Wherever you join us, you’ll learn from brilliant people and enjoy a range of development opportunities. Some will include the chance to gain a professional accreditation. And because graduates and interns across all our programmes work on live projects, there’s huge scope to make a big contribution.
Who we’re looking for
For all programmes, you’ll need to bring (or be on track for) a 2:1 or equivalent in a relevant subject. You can get the specifics on our careers site. We’re looking for people who are bold, analytical and innovative. You should be curious and ready to embrace new ways of thinking to solve complex challenges.
