Customer & Services Management Graduate Development Programme

You’ll have the drive to build on your leadership potential so that by the end of the programme, you’ll be an integral part of our Customer & Services Management team.
Our Customer & Services Management Development Programme is designed to give you an immersive, hands-on experience across a number of placements where you’ll be asked to deliver tangible results. Over three and a half years, you’ll undertake three six-month attachments – one of which will be overseas – before spending two years in a role which will cover the full breadth of our Customer & Services Management activities. And, if you prove yourself as much as we expect you will, you’ll progress into a leadership role.
What you’ll do
Our customers are at the heart of all we do. And it’s only by understanding what they’re truly looking for that we can then deliver a competitive advantage. It means you’ll need to be relentless when it comes to making sure we deliver on our promises. Your placements might include marketing, business development, sales or services, and one will be internationally-based. From the outset, you’ll be set business-critical challenges. It could be that you’re tasked with developing new marketing strategies, driving business growth through customer analysis, planning sales activities or even supporting, planning and scheduling our operations and services to meet customer commitments.

In terms of your academic background, you’ll either have or be on course for a 2:1 degree, or equivalent.
