As an extension to their product portfolio and business strategy, Rothley have recently developed their new brand, The Garden Style Company.
This new range of garden products and accessories bode as an exciting new product line that the business is looking to develop successfully through digital growth.
Rotating through the business for the first two years, you’ll get the opportunity to work on a number of key projects within Marketing, Category development and Continuous improvement. Once established in the business this candidate will continue to add value in these commercial areas by holding autonomy on product branding, trade events, marketing and the B2C sector. Your long-term role will be lead the commercial and operational running of the business.
The successful candidate will come from a business or marketing related background, educated to degree level within the last 3 years with a proven academic track record.

Rothley is committed to the training and development of a new starter into this role. Alongside your internal training and mentoring, you’ll also be enrolled onto the Discovery “Open Programme” which will help to accelerate your performance over the first 12-24 months with the business.
