About the programme
Rotating between four, six-month placements, you’ll use your analytical skills to get to grips with the fundamental aspects of Royal Mail’s commercial business strategy. International, Parcelforce, MarketReach, Parcels, Customer Marketing, Multi-channel Customer Experience and Data Services are all possible rotations on this two year programme – each helping you to develop the technical, behavioural and leadership skills you’ll need to secure a future role in our dynamic commercial business.
What we’re looking for
Your degree subject doesn’t matter. Anyone who is strongly analytical and numerate with a minimum 2.1 degree is welcome to apply. While related experience or qualifications would be an advantage, we always look for graduates who have to skills to thrive in a dynamic commercial environment.
The majority of our placements are London based but you must be willing to relocate throughout the programme because we have commercial teams throughout the country. The right to work full time in the UK for the duration of the programme is essential.

- £26,000 basic salary plus benefits
- Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) professional qualification sponsorship
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
- Minimum 2.1 degree in any subject - a degree in a related field would be an advantage
