"The structure of the company is built hierarchically with clear horizontal and vertical departments. The cooperation and teamwork can be different between units. Some will have outstanding teams willing to help each other to any degree whereas others can have a more individualistic mind-set. The social aspect within the company is largely good but can vary between units."

"The business is currently going through cultural change to get us to where we need to be. In operations, the working culture is still very traditional. Within HR the culture is more modern; within work you feel supported by colleagues and there are good working relationships. In the London offices, there are always opportunities to go out for drinks with colleagues after work. In Sheffield there is a really good work-life balance and the team go for drinks and have regular meals out."

"Each team has its own culture and social group. Working hours in my department are brilliant – you'll be one of the only people left in the office if you stay past 6.00 pm. Most departments are flexible about working from home which is really beneficial too. A superb work-life balance."
