The role

If you’re considering a future as an accountant, we’ve got your finance career covered. Our Finance team provides essential support to every division within RSA, so you’ll be able to impact the entire business, growing your financial and commercial skills in multiple areas. We will challenge our graduates to develop innovative ways of working and develop diverse competencies in reporting and analysis to maintain our leading position in the market. You could find yourself working across diverse finance functions including financial reporting, finance business partnering, financial planning and analysis, and capital management.

We offer a 3 year graduate scheme involving a rotation every 12 months (starting September 2019) which will include a minimum of a year in London in our Head Office and 2 years in Liverpool. We will support your study towards the ACCA qualification and provide a comprehensive development plan to include training of key skills, as well as a dedicated personal mentor to guide and help you shape your future.

Requirements

We’re looking for high potential together with a zeal for learning and willingness to invest time to become a qualified finance professional.  The graduate programme is open to final year students who are on track to obtain at least a 2.1 Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) and will have achieved a minimum of 120 UCAS points across three A levels or equivalent subjects.
