What does the software team do?

The software team is responsible for developing web applications across the firm. We are made up of 3-4 project teams ranging from developing small, ad-hoc applications to large, enterprise solutions. We encourage fluidity, so you will work on a wide variety of different projects that will challenge you, stretch you and ultimately, further your career.

What can you expect?

You’ll have your own mentor and a wealth of knowledge and experience in the team to tap into, including some of our graduates who started here as a placement student too. You’ll also have the latest versions of our tools at your fingertips (including Windows, SQL Server, SharePoint and Visual Studio), as well as a number of courses available to widen your skills.

We believe in collaboration and we work together to deliver the very best IT solutions and systems. This means that your opinions are valued; you are actively encouraged to speak up and share your thoughts and ideas.
