Interview Process

"The assessment day had numerical and verbal reasoning tests, different to ones experienced at other companies, followed by a group exercise where you are overseen by several partners and managers. This was followed by lunch with current trainees. You then have two interviews, one of which will include a presentation on something that you have had very little time to look at - which is undoubtedly the hardest part."
Graduate, Edinburgh
"The interview process was thorough; there was various online assessments before an assessment day. The assessment day consisted of a numerical and a written easement, before a group assessment, an interview and a final presentation to a partner."

"There is an initial telephone interview, after this you may be invited to an assessment centre. The assessment centre incorporates; numerical/logical and verbal reasoning; a manager interview; group activities; individual presentation."
Graduate, Milton Keynes
"The process consisted of online tests, an assessment centre including a paper version of the online tests, a group exercise, manager interviews and a partner interview which involved giving a presentation."
Graduate, Bury St Edmunds
"I came in for an assessment day which consisted of psychometric tests, a group exercise with other candidates, an interview with a manager, and an interview with a partner where I also had to make a presentation about a topic assigned to me on the day."
Graduate, Birmingham
"The interview process can be very hard or very easy depending on the candidate. You obviously have tests you need to pass, but I believe a large part of the rest is down to your natural personality. There is not a large intake every year so spaces are limited, but the company will not pass up the right candidate over lack of pre-planned spaces."
