The successful Professional Headhunter enjoys individual control of their career progression; skill development; financial success; and job satisfaction. The role of a Professional Headhunter requires a much more testing set of skills, objectives and tasks than that of a Recruitment Consultant, therefore the rewards are much higher.

A Leeds based premium brand of Professional Headhunters, established in 1999. We provide high quality talent to predominately the Legal, Investment & Professional Services sectors.
After another strong year of demand for our services, we are seeking to continue our ambitious growth plans by adding a further 10-12 graduates to our Professional Headhunter Graduate Training Academy.

Clear & Reliable Career Progression
Starting your career as a Graduate Trainee, following your 13-months traineeship, your successful development should follow our Career Structure:
- Year 1 – Consultant
- Year 2 – Senior Consultant
- Year 3 – Manager
- Year 4 – Senior Manager
- Year 6 – Director
As a Director, you will be eligible for our Equity Partnership Scheme, where you can gain access to our £2M Investment Fund to set up your own business in conjunction with Sagar Wright.
Financial Stability & Rewards
During your training period you should expect to earn a minimum of £23,391 plus we offer a significant incentive scheme giving the opportunity to win £250 of luxury vouchers every month. In year 2 you are targeted to earn a minimum of £35,525 (our top performers have earned over £50,000). In year 3 you should expect to earn over £40,000 (our highest achieving consultants have earned over £100,000).
