Graduate schemes within the business are split into the following divisions – Retail and Business Banking, Global and Corporate Banking further complemented by specialist, operational and support functions. That could mean developing innovative products for our customers, identifying ways to improve processes for colleagues, or building relationships with high-profile clients.
Whatever the area, graduates will be making a difference from the start. This includes a Corporate Social Responsibility event for Santander’s charity of the year – where the aim is to support one million people in our communities by 2020.
What’s more, graduates will be part of a structured training scheme which is split into four learning cycles and ends with an industry-recognised qualification (CIOBS) in their chosen area.
