Consultant Graduate Programme

What it's all about

Joining our recently created consultancy hub, you will gain invaluable experience at the heart of the business – working alongside senior decision-makers from across the bank on key strategic, regulatory and business initiatives. Following an in-depth induction you will embark on a structured and intensive two-year programme that will enable you to learn, grow and develop every day. You will join the team either as a Project Manager or a Business Analyst, where you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to understand change requirements. You will gain a thorough grounding in areas such as the agile methodology, banking regulation, business process management, corporate IT, leadership and analysis.

In line with your role, you will undertake a professionally accredited qualification (Level 4 apprenticeship in Project Management or Business Analysis). You will benefit from a combination of online learning, classroom training and on-the-job experience, which will be supported by a dedicated performance mentor, on-project managers, and experienced buddies. In short, we will give you all the skills you need to emerge as a fully-qualified Business Analyst or Project Manager who is ready to generate real impact!
