In our view, diversity is the best, most effective way of conducting business in today’s global marketplace. We strive to increase the recruitment, retention, development and promotion of lawyers, legal assistants and staff from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds. We have an active Diversity & Inclusion Committee, composed of partners and associates. We also have inclusion networks for associates and a Women Partners Initiative. Additionally, we collaborate with clients, non-profit organizations and bar associations to encourage diversity & inclusion awareness.
The Firm has a number of employee-led network groups, including but not limited to, WISER (the Women's Initiative for Success, Excellence and Retention) and the LGBT affinity group, Sterling Pride.
