"We have excellent facilities and a world-leading art collection."
Second year trainee, London
"The client areas are nice, as is the canteen. Staff changing rooms and showers are good, and there are bedrooms for very late nights. Dress code is relaxed; you don't need to wear a suit and tie unless it is a client meeting and we have dress down summer."

"On the whole people dress well and smartly. We have casual Fridays."

"My firm is vast with many floors and a sizeable staff restaurant featuring Damien Hirst artwork. As well, every floor features various modern artworks on the walls. Everyone generally dresses business formal, except for dress down Fridays. We also get summer casual during the warmest summer months."

"The offices are in an excellent location but are slightly dated on the inside. I understand that a refurbishment is due in a year or two, so hopefully this will help to improve the office environment. We do not work in an open office, but share offices with one other colleague (as a trainee, you share with your supervisor)."

"Very shiny building, and the art collection is great fun."
First year trainee, London
"The firm (in London) is well located in Citypoint at Moorgate. The building is starting to look a bit dated but facilities are comfortable enough. Our rotating art collection gracing the walls makes it a lot more pleasant to walk around (we have Damien Hirsts in the canteen, and Tracey Emins on the client floor...) The dress code is fairly relaxed, although you are expected to have formal wear available if you need to meet a client on short notice. We have casual Fridays and casual summers (two glorious months)!"

"The office is good, client rooms are very nice. The main office is a little less nice but all of the facilities are great, kitchens, bathrooms, etc. Not to mention the location is very convenient; very close to Moorgate tube. The dress code can vary, if you're meeting a client or going to court you will be required to dress quite smartly. Full suits are not necessary every day. The firm also has dress down Fridays and dress down Summer."
First year trainee, London
"The firm has decent offices, a great restaurant and there is a good gym located under the building, (although this is independent and not run by the firm). We are also in a good location. The dress code is fine - people don't expect you to wear a tie all the time."
First year trainee, London
"The dress code is fairly informal unless you have a meeting; ties are optional."

"The offices are fairly small for the growing firm, however they are in a great location and individual offices are fairly large. The dress code is smart/professional Monday-Thursday, with dress down on Friday (though some departments do not take part in dress down, whilst others are in jeans and a polo top)."
First year trainee, London
"Smart City offices with a lot of artwork. There is dress down Friday and dress down July and August."
First year trainee, London
"The office space is fairly nice as they go, I have seen better and worse. Working in Citypoint which forms part of the London skyline is cool, but it wears off once you realise you are on the fifth floor. Moorgate is a great location in the City, it's near anything you could need. The dress code varies between departments, with some partners preferring ties. On Fridays, there is a smart casual dress code."
Second year trainee, London
"The location is very convenient and well connected. The canteen offers quite a wide selection of food every day. There is plenty of natural light in most offices and the modern art decorates the meeting rooms and canteen area nicely. There are free coffee machines and water. The dress code is formal but there is room for a bit of creativity. People definitely have their own style and there's not too much pressure to conform. We have a dress down Friday policy and for two months of the summer we can dress down if we don't have client meetings."
First year trainee, London
"The London office is in Moorgate, close to the tube station. The dress code is business smart with dress down Fridays unless you have a client meeting. For the months of July and August there is also dress down summer which is nice in the heat."
Second year trainee, London
