There are two streams on offer for our Sales Graduates. For some of our graduates the focus will be on sales and for others the focus will be on bid management. Either way you will develop a wide skill set and help support the growth of the business. You could be involved in driving sales from the identification of an opportunity, right through to the contract signature. You will learn to understand and shape client requirements, assess the market and conduct research to enable you to present options and prepare bid submissions.
Our goal is to give you the best possible start. When you start your two year journey you will join a comprehensive induction programme alongside other Graduates and Placement students from multiple programmes. The induction programme allows you to learn more about our business, understand what other departments do and how every function interrelates. This scene-setting will be complimented by programme specific training to set you up for success in your role. Throughout your programme you will also gain Leadership and Behavioural development to help you on your journey towards hopefully becoming a future leader of our business.
To be successful, you will be technically aware and have a relevant IT or Business degree. You should have a curiosity for how technology can improve business for clients, a flair for analytical thinking, first-class communication skills and a can-do attitude which means you’re unafraid to challenge the status quo and look for better ways of doing things. A talent for connecting and collaborating with all kinds of people to build positive relationships is also really important. Our business is one that’s driven by client demand which means flexibility is a must. Our clients and our offices are throughout the UK so travel will be required.
