"A very large emphasis is placed on this. Even the food in the kitchen is sourced locally. The building itself has been designed to have as small a carbon footprint as possible with rain collection, intelligent windows and reflective panels to control temperature without the use of heaters or air conditioning where possible. There are also charge points on site for electric cars and schemes to encourage using bikes or electric vehicles."

"All food in the canteen is locally sourced where possible and you recieve a monthly pay bonus for using a green method to get to work (ie walking)."

"The group as a whole puts huge importance on the reduction of its carbon footprint and it's a leading focus here. The only comment I have is that there's a lot of paper used. However, we use recycled paper and it gets recycled again when it's destroyed."

"The company places massive importance on reducing its carbon footprint. The building was designed and built to be energy efficient: there are solar panels out the back and the lights turn off when they are not in use. There are also incentives to travel to work in a green way and electric car charging stations are provided. The food is locally sourced and in season where possible."

"The building has won awards for being 'green'. There are lots of solar panels around and electric car charging points. Reducing the firm's carbon footprint is of great importance here."

"There is a huge importance placed on reducing the firm's carbon footprint. Sparx is big on recycling, minimising all waste and has solar panels in the roof. There are a select number of electric cars that are used by people too. I believe, but wouldn't be certain, that the building is, or very nearly, carbon neutral."

"The firm's environmental initiatives are a key priority. Employees are rewarded for 'green' travel, and the firm is investing in electric bikes for transportation to meetings and other venues. There is a fantastic set-up for those cycling to work, food is sustainably sourced and the building is set up with solar panels and other methods to reduce the firm's carbon footprint."
