"Core office hours are 10.00 am to 4.00 pm. You can make up hours to the full 40 a week either side of this and on whichever days suit you best."
Graduate, Exeter
"We work on flexi-time. As long as we are in for the core hours and our weekly hours add up then we can be quite flexible with our time. For example, you could work a bit later or earlier during the week if you wanted a shorter Friday."
Graduate, Exeter
"The hours are slightly longer than I am used to. However, the time goes quickly and there is a lot of flexibility. I regularly come in earlier than my start time and this enables me to leave a few minutes early every now and again to attend appointments etc. This is fine so long as I can communicate with the team. As long as the work is completed, there is excellent flexibility."
Midlevel, Exeter

"There are core hours everyone must be in for, but if you need to leave a bit early one day then it's reasonably flexible, as you can just start a bit earlier. As long as you work your hours in a week then it doesn't have to be exactly 9:00am-5:30pm. We work for eight hours a day, and have a half hour lunch break."

"Sparx is very flexible about how you work. You can leave early every so often, as long as you can juggle your hours and hit your deadlines."

"From my experience, working hours can be flexible depending on personal requirements, providing that deadlines are met."
Content Scientist, Exeter
"As standard I work 9:00am-5:30pm, but frequently leave early on a Friday night to go away for the weekend. We have core hours of 10:00am-4:30pm, but you're welcome to arrange the time around those as you like."
