9.6 / 10

(based on 5 ratings in 2016)

"The office is very impressive, modern and spacious. It's also in a reasonable location that's easily accessible from several routes. The facilities are very good and include a large kitchen area, table tennis table, pool table, darts board, indoor gym and AstroTurf pitch."

"Open-plan office space (with beanbags). No dress code (casual clothes are encouraged). The office has an attached (and free) canteen, gym, AstroTurf pitch, London 2012 table tennis table, pool table, table football table, darts board etc."

"The space is fantastic. Modern, stylish, fun, and the dress code is quite relaxed. This makes it a very comfortable place to work. The food is all free and healthy too, which is a big perk."

"Our office is spacious, attractive and inspiring. It's located near the edge of the city, with views of the countryside and the sea on a clear day, but it's well connected to the centre. The facilities are brilliant and well-maintained. The dress code is informal, and we have company polo shirts when we need to present ourselves more smartly to the outside world, but normally I wear the same clothes at work and at the weekend."

"I can't really fault the office. It is light, spacious and very environmentally friendly. The facilities are great and well-maintained. For me it may be more convenient if the office was in the town centre rather than the outskirts, but it is easily accessible by bus and many people cycle. It is by the motorway and also not far from a train station, which is handy for going away at weekends. We do not have to wear business clothes to work which is nice, but when we go to schools we wear our Sparx branded tops."

"The office has a fantastic view and offers fantastic food - and it has beanbags. There are various sports facilities here too, including a pool table, darts board, table football and a Paralympic table-tennis table. Casual dress is allowed, including flip-flops."

"I think that there is a very casual dress code at Sparx. It is a fantastic office: a great working environment with lots of social activities too, such as pool tables and table tennis."
