Lettings Graduate Management Programme

Success on our Graduate Management Programme will see you progress to Lettings Branch Manager within 12 months of starting with us, regardless of what previous property or managerial experience you have.

During the dynamic and intensive course you will complete our Training & Development Programme (usually a course of 2 years) which will develop you from Negotiator to Assistant Branch Manager.

You will attend up to 4 training sessions a month with our industry leading Training & Development Team. The remainder of your time will be spent gaining experience working within your nominated branch and being mentored and developed by your Branch and Area Managers. There will be regular events where you will have the opportunity to meet other graduate colleagues and share your experiences.

At the end of the course you will be eligible to apply for any Branch Manager posts available within our letting division across the country or help launch and manage new branches that we are scheduled to open as part of our continuing expansion. Your speed of progression from Assistant Branch Manager to Branch Manager and beyond will depend on your ability and results.


  • 2:1 Degree in any subject
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Some previous experience in a sales environment (part time or temporary is acceptable)
  • A flexible approach to working hours (ie weekends as well as reasonable additional hours in line with the needs of the business and programme)
  • A willingness to learn new skills and commit to home study as well as regular training

As part of The Graduate Management Programme you will be based at one of our flagship branches around central and greater London as well as parts of Kent and Surrey.  All training sessions are delivered at our Training Centre in Sutton, Surrey.

Start Date
