Springboard B2B Sales Academy is an exciting new sales graduate scheme. This game-changing programme provides intensive sales training to top university graduates and places them into B2B sales roles at high growth companies in central London, as well as providing them with up to 6 months of ongoing training and coaching all whilst working in that role to ensure the fastest return on investment for the company and a flying start to the graduate’s career in sales.
The idea for this programme developed from a common trend in the market of university grads taking junior sales jobs with little training and boiler-room type environments which unfortunately puts many off a career in this sector. In line with our parent company, we use a teaching style which focuses on ‘selling within your values’ and is a style of selling that is not only more effective, but also sits more comfortably with most. We teach people that you do not have to compromise your values to be successful in sales. Our aim is to support graduates through training and coaching, as well as a dedicated peer to peer support network, to ensure they thrive in their first role in sales.

Our highly specialised sales evaluation tool that we use to evaluate a candidate’s natural alignment to a career in sales as well as the kind of sales role they are most suited to and how successful they are likely to be, forms a vital component to the Springboard programme- it will help us identify those graduates who are naturally aligned to a career in B2B Sales.
