"Direct managers are very accessible. More senior managers interact often with the whole unit giving valuable quarter end information feedback and recognition on an overall level. It is likely that if you ask for their time for a short meeting or coffee they might be very well willing to sit with you and exchange thoughts."

"How well managers interact with employees very much depends on the person. I've had two line managers and very positive experiences so far."

"There is a well developed goal and review system within the company which also forms a base for the bonus. As the company is global a lot of the contact with colleagues and sometimes managers are conducted online which is a bit different in the beginning but you will quickly adopt."

"There is an open (and fun!) culture up to senior management. In general management is approachable and take time to interact. However due to the size of company, sometimes management processes are rather slow."
