Before joining Credo, I studied engineering at Ecole Centrale Paris, before specialising in industrial engineering and management at Cambridge. I took a gap year during which I did an internship in project management for a construction group in Paris, and worked for six months in a strategy consulting firm in Casablanca, Morocco.
What is the best part of your job?
Something I appreciate at Credo is the quality of interactions between team members. Everyone in the firm is very approachable, and as a new joiner I feel that more senior Consultants and Managing Directors really do value the input of everyone in the team, which provides great opportunities to gain more responsibility on a project.
What are you involved in beyond project work?
I've recently taken over one of the most popular initiatives at Credo: the drinks trolley that goes around the office every Friday at 5pm. Key responsibilities include: supply chain management, on-time delivery, customer relationship management (i.e. making everyone in the office happy with a weekly selection of treats and drinks).
