I applied for the graduate scheme at Teneo seeking a job that would give me a good grounding in reputation management, keep me on my toes and offer a collaborative working culture. Since joining the programme in September 2017 I have experienced all of this and more. During my first year here I have constantly been impressed by the emphasis placed on personal development, the responsibility you are given from an early stage and the industry-leading work done across the agency.

My split role across the Financial Communications and Strategy Consulting teams has meant my first projects have ranged from advising on an IPO, helping to create media engagement plans for big brand launches, to mapping global stakeholders to determine who our clients should look to build relationships with, and helping to draft new narratives for them to build their brand stories around. There’s a steep learning curve but you have an incredibly supportive team behind you, who are all invested in helping you achieve your full potential.
