I was first attracted to the Teneo graduate programme by the scale and variety of the work it promised but what amazed me throughout the recruitment process, and what continues to amaze me, are the genuine development opportunities available with the company. No two days are the same, which is exactly why you learn so much about the industry in such a short amount of time. The exposure I’ve been given in the past eighteen months has already given me an in-depth understanding of account management, client handling and strategic communications – I’ve had the opportunity to identify priority stakeholders, handle media enquiries and issues, draft communications on behalf of senior executives and work on new business pitches. I can’t imagine a better start to my career!
