I ran a sub 3 hour 25 minute marathon raising over £1000 for WaterAid.
After studying a Bsc in Geography and Msc in Environmental Management, I spent a few years exploring career opportunities but did not find the right role or company for me. I saw the Thames Water Operations Graduate Scheme and instantly knew that this was the perfect fit for me. I jumped at the chance to apply and was thrilled when offered to work on a leader scheme in the largest water and wastewater company in the UK.
The first thing I noticed when joining Thames Water was the huge amount of support and investment that the business offered from day one. The graduate programme is a great way to open doors for you to succeed in any career path that you choose.
It is now an excellent time to join the business with new and exciting opportunities available as we moved into a competitive market and continue to build ourselves as a customer centric organisation. We are also at the start of building three alliances partnering with external organisations which is great model to expand career opportunities.
It is truly the people in Thames Water that makes every working day a pleasure. We work hard every day to deliver an essential service to customers and I feel proud that I work for such a fantastic company
