Interview Process

2014

"I had interned with the company and got offered the full-time position at the end of my internship so can only comment on the internship interviews and assessments. The entire process included me sending a CV and a Cover Letter, followed by two interviews and a maths test in the first round and three interviews in the second round."
London
"In the first round there is a maths test and then a total of six face-to-face interviews (one in round one, two in round two, three in round three) with increasingly senior people."
London
"Three rounds of case interviews with increasingly senior staff, with electronic and written maths assessments."
London
"The interview process is rigorous but fair and appears to be designed to make sure that there is a good fit between you and the firm. All stages are clearly explained and interviews are conducted professionally and courteously."
London
"Tough CV screening process and then three rounds of interviews. First round contains a maths test and a case/CV interview. Next two or three rounds involve two CV/case study interviews per round."
London

2013

"Three rounds of interviews, with one or two interviews in each. Largely case-based interviews, but elements of competency questions too. Standard numerical test in first round."
London
"Three rounds of two/three interviews and written tests. Case-based questions and general questions on worldly views."
London
"Questions on background/CV (10-15 mins) case study (20 mins) with time to ask questions."
London
"Some cultural fit and CV questions but mostly focused on the case study. Expect to be pushed on logic, structure and basic maths."
London
"CV screening, maths test, five x 45-minute interviews (50% on my personal experiences/CV and 50% case studies)."
